SUPER DURABLE POWDERS :

VIJAY COAT manufactures Super Durable powders which are outdoor durable.
The coating is stable for more then 10 to 15 years.
The Gloss retention is almost 50% after 10 years.
Product available on request for minimum order of 500 Kgs.

PROPERTIES OF ABOVE POWDERS :

Specific gravity : Typically 1.2 to 1.85 depending on shade.
Particle size distribution : > 75 micron 0-5% <30 microns 30-40 %.
At 50 microns 1 Kg. of powder will approximately cover an area
of 11 sq. mt at 100 % efficiency.
Theoretical coverage at ambient conditions.
Storage stability : 6 months at not more than 25 degree centigrade.

TREATMENT :

Minimum solvent degreasing Phosphating with ZN phosphate or
iron Phosphate & Yellow chromate for Aluminum.
