Polyester Powders ore based on carboxyl Terminated & TGIC formulated to extend maximum exterior weatherability.


PROPERTIES: (FILM) :
Coat thickness : 50 microns to 60 microns
Impact resistance ;
Direct >60 kg-cm
Reverse > 40 kg-cm
Erichsen Cupping Test: > 6 MM
Hardness (Pencil) :HB - H
Voltage . 60 to 100 KV for electrostatic spray
Curing Temp : 200 degree centigrade.
Time Range 10-20 min depending upon thickness of Substrate.
SHADE RANGE : In varied colours as per shade card


APPLICATIONS :
Exterior applications due to excellent
wheatherability. Aluminum extrusion. Window grills, architectural paneling, automotive parts, Irrigation pipe and fixtures, Outdoor furniture, Farm equipment.
