Pute Epoxy based crosslinked with hardener.


PROPERTIES (FILM)
Coat thickness :50 microns to 60 microns
Impact resistance :Direct > 8Okg.cm.
Reverse >60 kg.cm.

Erichsen Cupping Test:> 6 mm
Hardness (pencil) :2 H to 3 H
Voltage : 60 to 100 KV for electrosatic spray.
Curing Temp : 200 degree centigrade.
Time Range: 10-20 min depending upon thichness of Substrate.
SHADE RANGE : In varied colours as per shade card.

APPLICATION :
Due to its excellent chemical resistance and resistnce to corrosion, applications are varied. Automobile components, electric motor covers, switchgear boxes, textile machinery, office equipment, computer, equipment, glass bottles, microwave ovens. Mixers & blenders, oil filters, hospital equipment, bus seat frames,. dryer drums, toys. transformer cases, bathroom fixtures, refrigerator racks, sewing machines, kitchen furniture.
