EPOXY POLYESTER (HYBRID) :

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (COMPOSITION) :
These are based on a combination of saturated carboxy 1 terminated (functional) polyester resins and epoxy resins with higher percentage of polyester to epoxy for better weatherbility.


PROPERTIES (FILM) :
Coat thickness :50 microns to 60 microns
Impact resistance :
Direct > 100 kg-cm
Reverse > 80 kg-cm
Erichsen cupping Test: > 6mm
Hardness (Pencil) : 2 H to 3H
Voltage : 60 to 100 KV for electrostatic spray
Curing Temp :180 degree centigrade
Time Range : 10-20 min depending upon thickness of Substrate.
SHADE RANGE : In varied colours as per Shade Card.


APPLICATIONS :
Interior general purpose and exterior application where is no prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Office furniture, school furniture, supermarket shelves, light fittings, tool boxes Appliances, Air conditioner housings, Fire extinguishers, Power tools, Grain storage bins,
oil filters, and Air cleaners, Hot water radiators.
